Terms and Conditions apply to CLIENT who benefits from services provided by England Limited, which operates at 71- 75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom and is registered in England and Wales with the company number 13308956.
The CLIENT accepts the accuracy of the information indicating the personal and company structure specified in the application form for the Limited company to be incorporated in the UK and gives his or her consent to England Limited to apply to Companies House on behalf of the CLIENT.
England Limited undertakes to deliver the information showing the company structure specified in the company application form by the CLIENT to Companies House as it is and without any errors.
The CLIENT is obliged to pay the company incorporation fee specified under the Pricing section on the https://england.limited website by preffered payment method. Company incorporation cannot be initiated without paying the fee. Upon successful payment, the incorporation is processed. If the CLIENT's identity and address verification is done on weekdays, the incorporation is completed in a minimum of 24 hours, a maximum of 72 hours. If the identity and address verification is done on the weekend, the incorporation is completed within a maximum of 96 hours. Company documents are delivered to the CLIENT digitally.

These terms of use shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The services offered by England Limited are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and are expressly or makes no warranties of any kind, implied, statutory or otherwise. If one of these terms of use becomes partially or completely invalid, the rest of the terms of use will remain valid.
England Limited can change the services offered on the website and these terms of use, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the website. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to follow the changes. The CLIENT is deemed to have accepted these changes by continuing to benefit from the services offered.
In all kinds of disputes that may arise between the parties regarding these terms of use, the parties' books, records and documents, e-mail, messaging on WhatsApp, sms and computer records and fax records will be accepted as evidence, and the CLIENT agrees that he or she will not object to these records. .
The Courts and Enforcement Offices of London (United Kingdom) are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from the application or interpretation of these terms of use.
